My husband and I had experienced many, many dark moments in 2011. So many that I’d never thought I can celebrate Thanksgiving this year without lying to myself.

However, after a deep thinking, I realized there we’ve also received many blessings in disguise: we are blessed and surrounded with many great friends that will jump to help us instantly without being asked.

They not only offered, but committed to help us when we were both laying helplessly at two separate hospitals at the same week.

They were also stayed with us during the first two weeks after we got out from the hospital. Not to mentioned any other supports: cleaned the house, cooked us food, drove us to the crematorium and doctor appointments and many other things

When we were selling the house, they helped us packing and storing our items in the storage. When we moved to the new house, they, again, helped us packing and assisted the movers.

When I got laid off last month, within hours, I was showered with many job leads from my friends and even offered a contract job in less than a week.

Yes, we are blessed with having so many great friends. And we are forever thankful for that.
