Today is CD 50 since my LMP and no sign of ovulation or period. I stopped taking Vitex last week because it just making my BBT dropped to the lowest it’s ever been.

My BBT now is back in the high 96 and low 97. Thank God. I learned my lesson the hard way not to fake herbs by self diagnosis. Now I’m paying the price.

I just wish my period would come soon so I can start from the beginning again…
