After a fiasco with Vitex and Red Clover, I went to see my ObGyn to find out why my cycle was out of whack. No ovulation and constant low bbt for over 60 days.

She took some blood and recommended me to several acupuncturists and she also suggested me to go to a fertility clinic. Several days later she called me and said all my blood work came normal even with a very good FSH level of 6.9, which is exceptional for me in my advanced maternal age.

I took her advice and went to see an acupuncture specialist for fertility. Today is my 6th visit, I just ovulated and my bbt has been well above the cover line in the past 4 days.
