50th Day

Today is the 50th day after my LMP. Blood test came back and my HCG level is at 7073. That means I’m supposed to be in my 5th – 6th week of pregnancy. I’m not too happy with the result as it feels too low but it is what it is; There’s nothing I could do other than wait for my next ultrasound and probably another blood test.

First trimester is always the most dreadful one. It’s filled with waiting and guessing games. As for my symptoms, I have almost nothing other than backache and feeling constantly tired. I could barely keep up with my 2yr old who is always on the move. He’s making me feel like an old lady!

This weekend is going to be fun: dealing with fatigue and backache, a sick dog, and a toddler. I hope I survive. This, too, shall pass!
